1. Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Homeofrelax is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval of your return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
